Mathis B. Nitschke feels at home in the disciplines of film, performance, theatre, music and literature which he is bringing together as a "one-man-show" as well as in collaborative projects. For Michel Houellebecq's own cinematic adaptation of his latest novel "The possibility of an island" he was composing the film music. His work was presented in festivals like Adevantgarde (München), November Music (Den Bosch), Audio Art Festival (Krakow) and Electrolune (Lunel), in the photography museum Huis Marseille (Amsterdam) and the art gallery Nusser & Baumgart (München). He currently resides in Munich.
